Our philosophy at Acute Air Ambulance is to provide safe, comfortable, and seamless/stress-free transportation for our patients and their family while being cost-effective. We strive to give our patients the first-class care they deserve while giving loved ones the peace-of-mind they desire.
Available 24/7, Acute Air Ambulance offers air ambulatory services for those who are injured or sick or for those who may require emergency or non-emergency air transportation to a hospital facility of higher care.
With the rising costs of air ambulance services, Acute Air Ambulance offers safe, affordable, and quality alternatives to transporting patients in need all around the world. Fully licensed, accredited, and insured, Acute Air Ambulance is committed to providing the specialized care required by each and every patient we transport. We do so, with a deliberate and comprehensive approach in how we conduct our transports and medically care for our patients.
Our medical staff is comprised of Paramedics, Nurses, Physician Assistants, Respiratory Therapist, and Physicians. The medical team on board each flight can handle all of your BLS (basic life support), ACLS (advanced cardiac life support), and Critical care needs. Our medical team will stay by the patient’s side from beginning to end.

Acute Air Ambulance's affiliate company, Aitheras Aviation Group, is the one and only U.S. medevac provider to have achieved the FAA’s highest level in Safety Management System (SMS) authorization. They received their “Active Conformance” approval in 2018. This distinction was the result of transparent, uncompromising and immense hard work. Working hand-in-hand and in synergistic collaboration with the FAA’s national SMS division out of Washington, D.C. This endeavor spanned the course of over a decade. We never relented and we stayed true to our mission and our goal of “Safety First”.
Acute Air Ambulance has also achieved the NAAMTA accreditation and Florida Health certification.
